Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person.
Capitalism does not acknowledge inherent rights at all, only privileges directly tied to available capital and supply/demand-linked cost. Still, most nations which adhere primarily to capitalistic principles compromise at least insofar as the right to life is acknowledged.
What point such acknowledgement, when the right to basic components required for life, such as food and water, is ignored?
